What is the Plant Manual?

The plant manual has the same function as a car Registration Document. It is a document containing all the information regarding systems with a power of 35 kW or more. The Plant Manual contains the following information:

• installer;
• user;
• service operator and third party person in charge, if any.

It is the duty of the technician checking the system to keep this plant manual up-to-date, entering into it all maintenance work carried out on the system each time.

The Plant Manual was established in Art. 11, paragraph 9 of Italian Presidential Decree no. 412 dated 26^th August 1993 and subsequent amendments.
