I have a problem with my heating system: what should I do?

If you have encountered a problem with your heating system we recommend you consult the use and maintenance manuals. The problems might be caused on the user's side, and are easy to solve thanks to the use and maintenance manual, or they might be caused on the installer's side, in which case the service call will be more technical. As a general rule, we advise against attempting to make complex repairs on your own photovoltaic system unless you are authorised and qualified to do so. The guarantee certificate contains all the terms and conditions which apply. Normally both are enclosed with the product. We recommend you keep them in a safe place.
